Marvin Deal, general contractor, has well-rounded experience in construction that began over 30 years ago when he started as an apprentice for a general contractor who did home additions and custom homes in Southern California. Over the years he gained experience in all aspects of fine home construction. Additionally for 17 years, he was an owner-manager of a construction supply business where he gained valuable experience managing people, providing customer service and acquiring knowledge of construction materials and methods. A lifetime working within the construction industry, Marvin brings a depth of knowledge, dedication and passion to every project he takes on.
Marvin believes in using natural and reclaimed materials for their beauty and to be respectful of the environment. He communicates and collaborates creatively with architects, engineers, designers and homeowners. He carefully chooses and supervises sub-contractors requiring a commitment to accepted building methods. He doesn’t believe in cutting corners and is committed to customer satisfaction.
